Macadamia Rose Chocolate Bark is not only delicious but it's also beautiful. I love, love, love eating beautiful food and also making beautiful food. It's one of my favorite things to do but first and foremost it must taste amazing.

Those who know me well know that flowers are my passion and not just making bouquets but also incorporating edible flowers into my meals for color, taste, texture and beauty. This recipe is the perfect marriage of beauty, delicious good taste and simplicity. Macadamia Rose Chocolate Bark is the perfect treat for chocolate lovers on Easter/Ostara (or any time). This is one of the easiest recipes to make on the planet!

Ingredients

  • 1 Package of chocolate chips (I used vegan dark chocolate chips that are naturally sweetened with coconut sugar and are also gluten free). *You can use chocolate chips, bakers chocolate or a chocolate bar.
  • 1 Handful of dried rose petals. *If you are not lucky enough to have a small flower farm like I am or have a rose bush in your yard, go to: Starwest Botanicals (then put rose petals into search bar)
  • 1 Handful of macadamia nuts - roughly chopped
  • Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt

Directions

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, melt chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave (30 seconds at a time until melted), then pour chocolate onto prepared cooking sheet, spread out evenly. Next sprinkle on dried rose petals, macadamia nuts and a pinch of salt onto the melted chocolate. Then pop into the fridge until hard. Once it is hard, break chocolate it into chunks.

Happy Easter/Ostara

Enjoy!
